We did experience 2 evenings in the week with no hot water though which was a shame.

I was expecting a tiny room for the price we had paid and the reviews I had seen, but it was a spacious room for just 2 people, with a good sized balcony and amazing air conditioning. The all inclusive card system for drinks ensures everywhere is kept tidy and is a great way to avoid mountains of discarded plastic. The time slot sittings for meals ensured overcrowding was well managed and we never struggled to find a clean table to sit at. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and all work incredibly hard, especially in the restaurant.

The pool doors open at 9am with very little fuss, and the sun beds didn't get full until around midday, very civilised! Plenty of parasols also which was great. It is the first hotel I have been to that had no sun bed wars. It is a beautiful hotel with beautiful well laid out pool areas with plenty of sun beds, and lovely bar and seating areas inside and out. I would have liked to give this hotel a 5* review but unfortunately can't.
